Summary
Rockport is running a four-week yard waste pickup starting Oct. 7, and you just set it out on your normal trash days. It’s basically free to residents, so it’s an easy way to clear branches and clippings without a special trip.

Impact analysis
The city is covering the cost, so residents won’t get a separate bill—though it still comes out of public funds.
Homeowners and anyone with branches, leaves, or clippings gets a free-ish curbside cleanup.
No groups are directly harmed, though taxpayers indirectly fund the service.
